“There wasn’t much she could do about the language she spoke. There were only a few languages accepted by Holy Law. And all accepted languages were only variants of the same shared belief. Her name, “Image,” meant “dangerous artifact.” Her mother named her in the hopes that her daughter would, one day, bring the same destruction to their oppressors as legend describes IMAGE had once done to their ancient society. Her mother’s name was “Silence,” and Silence prayed that her daughter, named after such a dangerous artifact, would light the oppressors’ way to ruin.”
