I'm glad you brought up about Dread Nation. I also didn't realize or was conscious about what was said about indigenous peoples in the book and have to keep that in mind. What was the YouTube channel that brought it up? 💗💗
Excited!
Root Magic sounds so good. I’ll definitely be joining in to read that one! The cover for A Song Below Water is amazing.
I like Jemisis. Sounds like Jemisin-assigned nemesis
I'm not committing to anything, because the last time I did I read nada and am lowkey mad at myself. But I did download samples on my kindle, hopefully they will peek my interest enough for me to continue relatively on time and maybe brave the group. 🙂 Go Group Go!
Super excited. I’ve read The Inheritance trilogy, and Dred Nation duology. So this a be a good opportunity to re read and discuss.
Most of those book covers are so enticing! What…. ? Rebel women?! Where?
Come through with the SOULar Powered content! Love to see it 🙂
