Attack on Titan needed more context
84 dystopia it's real world (2000-2025 years)
waterworld?
Glory to Arstotzka
PROJECT MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON
1:01:52 Brazil Mentioned
What about Among Us?
Hear me out: when you look past the “oh cute jellybeans” layer there’s quite a lot of unsettling/dystopian details (uniform height/weight), the fact they don’t evacuate, etc.)
We are living in Black Mirror now, thats the true horror.

there's no such place as 'Britain', it's UK.. only UK. (and ''great britain''.. btw, is only one of our 90-odd islands, and means nothing since it contains three of the nations which make up the union named *the United Kingdom, *not effing 'Britain' – which is not a synonym for England either btw.)
When you think about it, The film the lorax takes place in a dystopian world
– Dune Has Left The Chat
– Harrison Bergeron Left The Chat

Where is Dune?
I like how you don't say the plot, but say the concept, unlike other vids similar this
Oh you even mention TNO from HOI4? It would be nice that you could introduce two others fan work about the Chinese civil war, search for “稳定高于一切” or “SAA”, they have a dedicated discord for foreigner to communicate with them, and they had plan to make English version of their creation. Another is for “浮世幻梦”,unfortunately that their production team didn’t create a discord for foreigner to discuss with them.
You forgot to add "The year 2025"
here is a better video
Black mirror is most creepy
Arstotzka is in no way communist… All we know is it's totalitarian, so the opposite of communism.
Why are you trying to make Brave New world seem like a dystopia? It's written as a Utopia where everything is a commodity and all worries are lost.
I agree that the classes are bad and shouldn't be, but it was written before we knew what technology could do and didn't appreciate all that machines could replace. All you need to replace are Epsilon and Gamma with machines to remove any manual labour that would be considered tedious and you can remove genetic manipulation entirely. And maybe replacing Alpha with elected officials.
Everyone being pre-made to suit a purpose they'll love is weird but it's not like "oh you want to be X, nope you're en engineer". People don't want to do something they're not made to do. Which is weird but really isn't dystopian.
Vat grown babies isn't bad. Family can create lots of problems that communal raising avoids and deeper individual connection is discouraged because it often brings trouble. You can have individual connections but if everyone knows a bunch of people and no-one has anything to hide why would you just share your life with 1 person and not most within your vicinity?
Soma is a perfect drug, it is an immediate relief with no side effects, humans are naturally prone to depression, it doesn't matter how perfect society people will be upset and people will get depressed, it's in our nature. Having a drug that solves that is amazing! Not some dystopian creation.
Individual thought is not "basically a crime", it's just frowned upon because the best thought is already found. If someone has a thought against the society, they aren't arrested, just asked to go see a psychologist because their thought is probably based in a mental illness. And if it's not they're notes are taken into account the society changes accordingly, it just very rarely happens.
People aren't blind to the problems, there just aren't any problems. It's not that people don't realise, there's nothing to realise! "Most people don't realise they're in a prison, they're too busy being happy" Isn't that a bit of a contradiction…?
Their society only falls when an outsider who is practically a barbarian to them proclaims you need individual thought and forces it which shakes the society a little because he causes trouble but when seeing the possibilities people don't want it because it's riddled with problems that never existed before while solving nothing!
You are paraphrasing so hard to make it sound bad that you're practically just lying!
7:04 bro sorry but i live in city 17
Bro i heard of mutans wars revenge and suicidal thoughts and then you zalk about pokemon xD
You forgot Star Trek
the way you talked about Sims was the darkest. No control at all. they can't control anything.
Tell me you've never watched attack on titan without saying it 😂 Wrong. Humanity is not all bottled up behind the walls moron. If you watched the show, you'd know they were on an island and the titans are literally sent there by other humans from across the sea. DO. SOME. RESEARCH.
*TRANSMETROPOLITAN* is missing this list is incomplete
You forgot to learn that Rossums Universal Robots is considered to be the first use of the word "robot".
And actually, as old as that book is, they are my grandfather's robots🙃
Vro put the Mario bros and kemono friends with TNO
Black Mirror episodes are basically iPhone updates gone wrong.
1:09:07 scp reference?
Oh you forgot one project 2025
